Sheyda Monshizadeh-Azar, UK/Iran

Sheyda Monshizadeh-Azar was born in Iran and grew up splitting her time between Tehran and North-West London. She holds a B.A. in Politics from the University of Warwick and received her M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University. Whilst in Washington D.C., she held positions at Vital Voices, Search for Common Ground and the National Iranian American Council. She is currently back in London where she works in the House of Commons for Diane Abbott, Member of Parliament for Hackney North and Stoke Newington.
